Do you have experience working with children with SEN needs?
YSA are currently working with a lovely little special school in Sutton Coldfield that provides for children between the ages of 4-11 years. This school prides itself in providing children with a safe ‘home away from home’ environment where the team of staff are incredibly supportive and welcoming. Your role as a SEN Teaching Assistant would be to work alongside the class teacher, helping them to meet the differing needs of the children in the classroom as a whole group support. Class size range between 6-10 pupils and have a minimum of 3 TA’s per class.
Role Requirements:
- A nurturing individual with a passion for working with children.
- Ability to work as part of a team, alongside teaching staff.
- Prior experience of working with children- experience of supporting children with SEN needs would be advantageous.
- Able to use their initiative to support learning.
Benefits:

Requirements:
- Fully enhanced child and adult DBS on the update service or willing to get one.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Experience working with SEND.
