At YSA Education, we are looking to recruit one-to-one SEMH Teaching Assistants to work on a long-term to permanent basis at a SEMH School for secondary aged children. The roles are starting ASAP. You will be dealing with challenging behaviour, excellent communication is a must, both spoken and written. As a Teaching Assistant, you would be required to work alongside the class teacher and be able to support where needed. You will be working on a one-to-one basis. This means you would be required to have the below skills:
- Team player
- Good communication skills
- Proactive
- Passionate
- Innovative
- Experience supporting SEN needs inside or outside the classroom
- GCSE English and Maths
