YSA Education are currently looking to recruit SEMH Teaching Assistants to work with Secondary aged pupils at a provision in Coventry. The roles are long term and could become permanent for the right candidate.
This is a role that could be suited to an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant or an experienced support worker looking to transition to working in education. You will be working with a forward thinking organisation to really help make a difference to the lives of the young people you are supporting.
This role requires patience, thinking outside the box and a real passion for making learning accessible for all.
This means the ideal candidate would have the below skills:
- Team player
- Good communication skills
- Proactive
- Passionate
- Experience supporting SEN needs inside or outside the classroom
- Level 2 qualification.
