YSA Education are working with a partner school in Chesterfield to find them GCSE qualified Teaching Assistants to work with their students. The role includes the following responsibilities:
- Working with challenging behaviour
- Working with attachment disorders and regulating behaviour
- Working to create professional boundaries with students
- Be a strong role model for the students that you work alongside
- Have a genuine passion for making learning accessible for all students
