YSA Education are currently looking for a Caretaker to work in a School in Northampton.
Duties include:
- Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, and replenish supplies
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including furniture and fixtures
- Clean windows, mirrors and glass surfaces
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
You must be able to:
- Follow instructions given by the Senior Leadership team and work independently
- Have attention to detail and be thorough with cleaning tasks
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Good knowledge of Health and Safety and COSHH guidelines
- Good time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Strong communication skills to interact with colleagues and supervisors
This is a full-time role Monday- Friday. Salary: £14.50-£16.50 per hour
