YSA Education are currently looking for reliable Exam Invigilators to support some of our secondary school clients in Birmingham during their busy GCSE exam period in May and June.
You will be required to:
- Supervise and monitor students during exams or testing sessions.
- Ensure a secure and controlled testing environment.
- Distribute and collect test materials.
- Enforce testing rules and regulations.
- Assist students with any questions or concerns related to the exam.
- Maintain accurate records of test takers and their progress.
- Report any irregularities or violations during the exam.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high pressure situations.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions. You will be responsible for supervising students during exams, distributing test materials, enforcing testing rules and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you may need to assist students with any questions or concerns they may have during the exam.
Please note, this is a seasonal, part-time position that requires flexibility with hours. Working hours will be based on each schools exam schedule. Training will be given to all candidates.
Salary for this role is between £12.00-£14.50 per hour.
