YSA Education are currently working with a SEMH School in Oakham that are looking for outstanding Teaching Assistants to start immediately with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
The school has students of all ages, from primary up until 18.
Experience in working with extremely challenging behaviour is a must. Lots of the learners have complex Social Emotional Mental Health needs and so the right candidates must have experience working with these or a willingness to learn.

What we are looking for?
- Experience within a classroom
- Happy to work 1:1, in small groups or generally within a class
- Positive attitude & not phased by challenging behaviour
- Experience working with challenging behaviour
- Driving Licence is preferred due to the remote location of the school
