YSA Education are currently looking for an SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a Secondary Alternative Provision in Leicestershire. This will be a long term role and could become permanent for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will be working in a modern and forward thinking alternative provision with students who are not suited to mainstream education. The team are supportive and encouraging and are just looking for people who are friendly, enthusiastic and willing to try something new.
This role is suited to someone who is passionate about sports, working outdoors, incorporating different methods into education to make learning accessible.
The ideal candidate will have:
- a can do attitude
- a friendly personality
- Level 3 qualification
- some experience of working with children or young adults.
