YSA Education are working closely with a Special Educational Needs Secondary School in Coventry to help find them a forward thinking Science Teacher who is looking for an ambitious career in an expanding school with big growth plans.
This role could be a temp-perm role or a straight permanent role for the right candidate. The Head is passionate about finding the right people and would accept a candidate from any Teaching background that is looking to work with challenging behaviour and wanting to make learning accessible for all students.
The ideal candidate for this role must have the following:
- QTS
- A subject specialism of any Science, Biology, Chemistry or Physics
- A passion for making learning accessible for all types of students without discrimination
- Experience with challenging behaviour is desirable but not essential
- A can-do attitude
